All of our products carry a 14 day money back guarantee in line with the CCR. If you are not entirely delighted with the goods you have chosen, please notify us that you would like to return the items via email or telephone within 14 days. Once the items have been returned we will issue a refund or exchange. Returned items must be received in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.
Please note we only accept orders via Credit and Debit Card placed in the UK with a UK Billing and Shipping address. Customers cannot place Credit or Debit card orders from overseas.
We use couriers, Royal Mail first class, Royal Mail Signed for Delivery and Royal Mail Special Delivery to ship to areas within the United Kingdom only, PLEASE NOTE both of these services require a signature. We make sure your purchases arrive quickly and safely using the best postage methods available. Our standard orders take approximately 4-6 WORKING days to reach you, but we'll always do our best to get them there a little quicker if we can. We aim to process all orders received before 2pm on the same day, orders received after 2pm will be processed the following working day so our 4 to 6 day delivery period starts from when an order is placed. Please note weekends are not included in estimated delivery times. Our standard deliveries take 4 to 6 WORKING days. During busy periods like Christmas and other special occasions it may take a little longer due to lots of extra people shopping online. Please note priority will always be given to our Express and Next Day Delivery customers as customers pay a premium for faster delivery. We also can't control when postal companies go on strike and affect customer's delivery times, so in the event of these situations we ask for your patience. Once our orders are posted, their arrival is out of our control so please understand this, but we will do all we can to assist you with any queries. If you're order is URGENT and you need it quickly please select our EXPRESS or NEXT DAY delivery service which is the fastest and most efficient way to receive your purchase. Please be aware that all of our orders are delivered by either Royal Mail or a Courier Service and therefore require a signature. If your item is delivered and you're unable to take receipt of your parcel because you're not home, this is not our fault and refunds will not be issued on this basis. We may also charge a postage cost to return an item to you which is not collected at the post office and returned to us. Items sent back to the depot usually MUST be collected within a week but please contact your post office for more details.
All orders are shipped to the delivery address listed at the time of purchase. This cannot be changed unless we are notified via email within a few hours from the time of the initial order. In certain cases and at our discretion, we will be unable to change the delivery address other than the delivery address detailed on the customer order at the time of purchase, this is due to the limitations of insurance set by some Credit/debit card companies as well as paypal.
Bespoke jewellery, as well as limited edition handmade jewellery, will take around 7-14 working days to reach customers as these items are made to order. We'll keep you updated throughout the design process and aim to get your bespoke purchases delivered to you within this time frame. Due to the time and cost of materials involved, we do not offer refunds on bespoke or limited edition jewellery items as they are made to order. Any faulted items are repaired free of charge within a 12 month period. We will also cover the cost of postage for any faulted handmade items.
We currently offer Free Standard Delivery (4-6 Working Days) on all orders over £20 at a cost of £1.95. We also offer an Express Delivery service of 2-3 working days at a cost of £3.95 and a Next Day delivery service (Order before 2pm Monday to Thursdays) at £7.49 - your parcel will require a SIGNATURE. However, at certain times of the year, particularly Christmas, we may remove our standard delivery charge and only offer express or next day shipping to ensure all of our orders arrive quickly and efficiently through Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure that we can send all items out using one of the fastest and safest delivery methods available from Royal Mail - Special Delivery or alternatively we will use a courier service. We will only normally apply these delivery charges during the last week of Christmas orders. During our summer holiday period, when we operate on a skeleton staff we will remove our express delivery so that only our free 4 to 6 day standard delivery is available.
PLEASE NOTE Our parcels require a signature so you will need to be home to receive your order. The Royal Mail will not leave parcels with neighbours as they require a signature from the addressee ONLY.
All of the customers on our mailing list are notified of any changes to our delivery policy prior to the changes taking effect and also detailed on our social networking pages. Our free standard delivery, express and next day delivery service include handling, packaging as well as postage costs.
For any missing orders please contact us immediately so we can resolve any issues you may experience. Contact us via email - firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to try and track down your missing parcel and if we can't, we can either give you a full refund or an exchange. PLEASE NOTE Parcels need to be missing for at least 2 WEEKS before we can either refund or exchange items. This is due to Royal Mail's terms and conditions.
ReturnsIf for any reason you're unhappy with any standard purchase, then under The Consumer Contracts Regulations you can notify us that you wish to return an order via email or telephone within 14 days from the day after the date of receipt. The items must then be returned to us within 14 days, unworn and in their original condition, for a refund or an exchange. Please note we will refund the cost of the item plus any standard postage costs paid. In line with the CCR we will only refund postage costs at our standard delivery rate. If you wish to exchange your item, a postage cost may be applied to send out an alternative design. You will also be responsible for the postage costs of returning any unwanted items to us. It is crucial that you notify us of your wish to return an item within 14 days, as after this period of time we are not obliged by law to offer you an exchange or refund. If you fail to contact us to arrange an exchange or refund outside of the 14 day period we will be unable to assist you. If your item arrives damaged then please inform us immediately of any faults and we will assist you with either an exchange or refund. If you would like to return an item within the 14 day period, you MUST contact us first so that we can authorise the return and issue a returns number. All unwanted items MUST be returned ideally within 7 days but in a maximum of 14 days, within their original packaging and condition, unworn. Please note failure to adhere to the terms and conditions of our returns policy may result in the refusal of an item refund or exchange. Once you have been issued with a returns number, you should then write it clearly on the returns slip enclosed in your order and then send us the item back via recorded mail to -

Currently we only accept orders in British pounds. We also reserve the right to adjust the prices of our stock at any time due to inflation, vat increases, the rise in silver or gold prices and increases in our supplier costs. Infrequently, data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. When a visitor gives us an e-mail address while placing an order, or when visitors send us e-mail correspondence, we retain the visitor's e-mail address. We contact visitors by their e-mail address to confirm an on-line order, to respond to a sender's e-mail query and occasionally to inform customers about new products and promotions. All customer email addresses our added to our mailing list to notify our customers of special offers and discounts. Customers can choose to unsubscribe from our mailing list at anytime.
- Visitor-Keyed Information
We retain information provided by our customers, such as transaction information i.e. the dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases. Along with the contact information i.e. customer name, address, email address and a contact number. All Credit and debit card information is entered directly on the RBS Worldpay website therefore we do not have any access to, or the ability to store any customer credit or debit card details.
- Mailing Addresses
All customers agreeing to our terms and conditions will automatically be entered onto our Mailing list. However customers are free to unsubscribe from this list at anytime. Customers on our mailing list will receive periodic mailings from us with information on products. Promotions and special offers. We never bombard our customers with emails and never issue anymore than two email updates per month.
- Telephone Numbers
Customers who give us their telephone numbers online will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed online. We do not share customer information with anyone. We will use telephone numbers purely to inform a customer of a problem with their order if we have been unable to contact them via email. Customers are advised to leave a telephone number when placing an order and we MUST have a contact number for NEXT DAY deliveries in case we need to contact you with regards to your order.
Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults, but not misuse. To maintain the condition of your jewellery remove when showering, swimming or when undertaking manual or domestic work. Sterling silver will tarnish with time and wear. To take care of your sterling silver jewellery, polish it frequently with a soft dry cloth to avoid tarnish (do not use silver dip). Ideally use a silver polishing cloth to ensure that your jewellery continues to retain its original condition. We recommend you protect your silver jewellery by storing it in a cool, dry place, keeping individual pieces separate to avoid scratching. To bring back sparkle from faceted gemstones use warm water, washing up liquid and a small soft toothbrush. Avoid contact with chemicals, perfume, hairspray and deodorant. These products can seriously discolour your jewellery. When applying perfume to the skin, allow it to dry thoroughly before putting on jewellery and never spray perfume directly on to jewellery items. What is Sterling Silver?
Sterling silver is a metal containing at least 92.5% silver. This is the legal standard of purity set by the assay offices in Britain and used for most silver jewellery throughout the world. It means that the metal used is of a specific quality. Pure silver is never used, as it is too soft to be practical. The only other silver we sell is precious metal art clay silver which is handmade by Love Lily Handmade Jewellery. This silver is crafted and shaped and then hand fired. All finished pieces are hallmarked with an official assay office stamp and are 99.9% silver.

At certain times of the year we may offer sale prices, special discounts or limited time promotional prices. We feature a Sale section on the website for weekly savings and a clearance section for all end of line or discontinued stock.

Availability of Stock
If you're interested in a piece of jewellery that is currently on out of stock, call us and we can tell you when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item can go out of stock before we're able to post notification to the site. If this happens, we will notify you personally so we can help you find another item. If you do not wish to wait for an out of stock item, you may choose an alternative item or if this is not acceptable we can refund the jewellery item.
